Scheider heeft inderdaad 50 seconde straftijd gekregen voor tik tegen Tomczyk. Tomczyk reed 7de (eigenlijk 6de) toen hij aangetikt werd door Scheider. Hij was hiervoor trouwens tamelijk slecht gezind:
