Heylen - All The Way To Formula 1
Formula Ford Star Jan Heylen has ended 2003 on a very big high, rounding off a fabulous year in motor racing with a dream contract.
Jan has signed a four year deal with Mercedes.
The Tim Sugden managed young Belgian has continued his tremedous form since winning the Formula Ford Festival, with impressive tests in Formula 3 and Formula 3000. This has now resulted in him gaining the support of Mercedes to progress his career through F3 to F3000 and on to Formula 1 within four years. He will also have an option to take a detour into European Touring Cars.
